Itse De files a lawsuit against Buhari and INEC. In his Facebook post he wrote.
Like I promised on Friday, I have filed a suit against Buhari and INEC before the Federal High Court, Lagos to challenge Buhari's qualification to stand for the 2019 Presidential Election. For this reason, I shall speak less of this matter since it's already before the Court. I believe in the Nigerian judiciary and hopeful the court will end this debate once and for all.
Attached is part of the Court process containing the reliefs sought.
